Why I started this
I grew up in the Philadelphia area, and like most people here, I've spent my life visiting local health practices — dentists, chiropractors, the occasional med spa. What I noticed across all of them was the same thing: incredible clinicians who were completely invisible online.
Their Instagram accounts were either inactive or inconsistent. Their websites had no blog. Their Google rankings were poor, even when they'd been practicing in the same neighborhood for years. They were losing patients to competitors who simply showed up more consistently online.
Most of these practices had already tried content marketing in some form — hired a generic agency, bought a social media package, had a staff member "handle the Instagram." It never stuck. Either the content felt off-brand, or it was too expensive to maintain, or no one had time to keep it going.
